The law degree she earned was at Yale Law School, where she worked as a Coker Fellow as well as a law clerk for Justice Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. She is a member of the State Bar of New York (2003) and Connecticut (2003). Asha published several op/eds, which include in The New York Times The Wall Street Journal The Washington Post. Asha also works as a legal adviser for ABC News. She also serves as a member of Just Security's board of directors and the Council of Foreign Relations.
